Glasser and Glasser, P.L.C., an A-V rated law firm founded in 1932 specializing in consumer financial services and creditors’ rights, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Creditors’ Rights Practice in Maryland. The preferred candidate will have direct experience in Maryland civil litigation and be licensed and in good standing to practice in all Maryland state courts. The successful candidate must excel in a fast-paced environment, provide office and staff oversight and make frequent district court appearances. The individual must be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include a wide variety of tasks related to legal debt collection and strict compliance with all applicable federal, state and local consumer protection laws.
